Our highest percentage cacao bar to date! The Solomon Islands represents our new focus and shift towards a direct-trade model, where we source our cacao from one single farmer and their farm. In This case it's Robert Waisu, who has a cacao plantation about an hour outside of Honiara on the island of Guadalcanal.
